The Nanni N16.900 CR3 is a high-performance marine diesel engine based on a Scania engine platform, featuring an 8-cylinder V configuration with 16.4-litre displacement producing 900 HP (662 kW). It uses Extra High Pressure Injection (XPI), twin turbocharging with air-to-seawater aftercooling, and closed cooling with heat exchanger. The engine is HVO compliant, meets IMO Tier II emissions standards, and offers installation flexibility for shaft line, water jet, or surface drive applications.
