The Yanmar 2YM15 is a two-cylinder, naturally aspirated marine diesel from Yanmar's YM series, rated 10.0 kW (13.6 mhp) at 3600 rpm at the crankshaft (9.7 kW / 13.2 mhp at the propeller shaft) from 0.570 L (70 x 74 mm bore x stroke). It uses indirect injection (swirl pre-combustion chamber), freshwater cooling via heat exchanger, a 12V 1.4 kW starter and a 12V 125A alternator. It is offered with the KM2P-1 marine gear (113 kg dry) or the SD25 saildrive (134 kg dry), and is RCD 2 certified.
