The Volvo Penta D2-50 is a 2.2-litre (134 cu in), in-line four-cylinder marine diesel from the D2 series, naturally aspirated, rated 37.5 kW / 50 hp at the crankshaft, offered with Volvo Penta saildrive. It uses a cam-driven in-line injection pump, freshwater cooling, a 115 A alternator with built-in charging sensor and runs on diesel or HVO. Certified to EPA Tier 3, EU RCD Stage II and BSO II.
