The Yanmar SD25 is a saildrive for the YM series (2YM15, 3YM20, 3YM30AE) and 1GM10C engines, with a mechanical dog clutch, 2.64:1 reduction ahead and astern and oil-bath lubrication (2.2 L standard, 2.5 L with the 80 mm extended leg). Propeller shaft turns counterclockwise viewed from stern (left-hand propeller). Dry weight 30 kg (33.4 kg extended leg). Dual rubber diaphragm hull seal with water ingress sensor; diaphragms must be replaced every 7 years.
