The Yanmar SD50 is a saildrive for the 3JH4CE, 3JH5CE, 4JH4ACE and 4JH5CE engines, with a cone clutch, 2.32:1 reduction ahead and astern and oil-bath lubrication (2.2 L standard; 2.35 L with 58 mm extension, 2.45 L with 100 mm extension). Propeller rotation counterclockwise or clockwise viewed from stern. Dry weight 39 kg. Uses QuickSilver High Performance Gear Oil. Rubber diaphragm hull seal with seal sensor. Superseded by the SD60.
